TERMS OF SERVICE:
COMMUNICATION
Every order will be carefully
discussed with the customer so that the final work will be as
satisfying as possible. Communication is mainly through emails, but
progress pictures and chatting can be done through Facebook,
Instragram or Telegram if the customer wishes so.
During the
making process I will send pictures of the product for the customer
to ensure the product will turn out to their liking. Please inform me
early if you do not wish any pictures of your order to be published
in social media.
Note that I have had cats and sometimes pets visit my home. Animals are not allowed in my work room, but their fur might still get into the products.
CHARACTER DESIGN
Please send me a reference picture for the character you want. The picture can be drawn by yourself, a colored base art or commissioned from an artist.
I don't make copyright characters as fursuit or mascot costumes. Fan characters are also ok, depending how close they are to the copyright characters. Please don't steal someone else's character design.
Please note once you have paid the first installment and I have ordered the fabric for your costume the desing may not be changed.
DEADLINES
When ordering please tell me if you have a specific deadline in mind and I can tell you right away if it is possible for me to do it. Usually it takes about half a year to get a fursuit/mascot costume from me. I take new orders twice a year and fill up my work schedule for half a year at a time. I will inform all my customers at what point I have scheduled their order so they know when to expect the first WIP pictures.
SIZING
For fursuits I need measurements of the customer (guide in the fursuits-section), please be especially precise when taking the body measurements. Do not add any extra centimeters/inches of your own but inform me if you want a part more loose. I will leave room for sitting and movement range. For foam shaped bodysuits I need a duct tape dummy to get the correct fit.
In case the product doesn't fit and the all the given measurements have been correct I will adjust the suit for a proper fit for free.
PAYMENTS
The payment will be via bank transfer (EU) or via PayPal. I will send the invoice to your email.
I require a pre paid deposit which is about 1/4 of the final price. This money goes for the supplies and will not be returned if the customer cancels their order.
I can take payment plans but the order must be paid in half a year before I take in the next order patch.
Please communicate with me if you get any problems, miss a payment or need more time so we can work things out together.
REFUNDS
Any payment after the pre paid deposit is refundable if for some reason you don't want your order anymore. I have the right to sell the already started order for someone else with small changes so that it doesn't look like your character anymore.
After I have sent your order it is no longer refundable. If you want to sell your suit/order you can do so and I can help you advertise it on my social media. It is not polite towards the maker to sell the suit for higher than you bought it.
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in the price. Shipping for fursuit is around 11-20e inside Finland, 20-50e inside Europe, more for other countries. Please inform me if you want me to use a specific shipping method or company. I will send the tracking number for you.
The finished product and the postage have to be paid before I send the order. The orders can also be picked up from my workshop or from my table at the convention I am visiting if discussed beforehand.
I am not responsible for orders that a lost or damaged in the mail but will help all I can in case of any problems.
REPAIRS AND WARRANTY
My goal is to make high quality, durable costumes. If for some reason your order needs repairs or you notice a faulty I am glad to fix it.
In careful and normal use I will fix the damaged parts for free within 6 months from you receiving the order. Customer pays for shipping or transports the order to me. I case there is a clear manufacturing error I (the seller) will cover all shipping costs.
After the 6 months I can make repairs or alterations for a fee.
AGE
You must be over 18 years old to order from me. If you are a minor your parent can order for you.
PRIVACY
When commissioning me your private info such as your address and
name will not be given to 3rd parties. Your info will only be used to
complete and ship your order.
I will never reveal the customer's
indentity unless the customer wants me to (for example mention their
social media account when I post pictures of the order).
AGREEMENT
By paying your first non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
